Sarah's Dog walking provides dog walking & related services, & that the website is for information purposes only. By using the website & services visitors agree to the terms of the disclaimer.
Payments & Cancellations
Payment for services is required in advance unless other arrangements have been made. Cancelations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. If a service is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, the client may be charged the full service fee. Late payments may incur additional fees, & we reserve the right to discontinue services for non- payment.
Service limitations
Sarah's Dog Walking will take every precaution for the safety & care of your pets. We cannot be held liable for any unforseen incidents or accidents during walks or home visits. The service we provide & availability may vary & can be subject to conditions like weather, location, or dog/pet temperament
Insurance & Liability
Sarah's Dog Walking is fully insured details available . We would also recommend that you the client should also ensure that your pet insurance covers all potential risks & health issues.

Medical Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency, such as administering First Aid or taking the pet to your vet, we will make every effort to contact the owner in this situation. Sarah's Dog Walking cannot be held responsible for any costs associated with medical care.
Client Responsibilities
Client pet-owners are responsible for providing accurate information about their pets including any known behavioral or medical issues. We will refuse service if a dog poses a danger to walkers or others. We also require that all dogs are up to date on vaccinations & are free form any contagious conditions.

We are commited to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected, such as your name address & contact details will only be used for providing our services. We do not share your personal iinformation with third parties unless required by law or nessary for the operation of our business such as in the case of emergencies.
